Probably the Luard Road (or O'Brien Road) and Jaffe Road crossroads.  Wrong - it's the Lockhart Road and Tonnochy Road crossing.

The postbox might identify the location. Often they stay in the same place over many years, even when new versions replace older generations.

Given the road divider and the double lanes, probably Lockhart Road.

Lockhart Road it is, looking east across the junction with Tonochy Road.

The rubbish bin and the postbox have swapped places, but the big blue sign with the red letters is still there:

The blue sign and red letters you point to is a mahjong parlour titled "Hong Kong".  It is definitely still there, at the beginning of the month when I last walked past.
