Hi there,

The Pearl City Mansion was the latest block of residental building in Paterson Street.  According to  Property agents around the first owners started moving in back in 1972 so I would be safe to say it was completed in 1972 or even 1971.

The Ratings and Valuation department Names of Buildings booklet says this place was opened in 1970.
