This marks the start of Route 12 - HK Mainland Defence Ruins.
It is a declared monument and currently houses the NT East District Scout HQ.
To get here you can take the East Rail line to Tai Po Market Station. Exit the station towards Tai Po Market and take the subway that leads under the railway track to Wan Tau Kok Sitting Out Area. On the other side of this recreation ground (past the tennis and football courts) is Wan Tau Kok Lane. Turn right and walk up the hill. The Office building is at the very top of the hill.
