A search for Tocher on HKGRO has four results:

  • 1938: The Blue Book lists a 'James Easson Tocher' working in the Fire Brigade. Any relative?
  • 1939 & 1940: The Jurors lists record Alexander Fraser Tocher is a Draughtsman at the Taikoo Dockyard & Engineering Co., Ld.
  • 1941: AFT is enrolled in the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, in the General Group for Essential Services.
