This photo appears on eternal 1966's flickr photostream dated 1953. To the right of the Tram Terminus, are the vacant sites of Victoria Ridge (ontop of the stone wall), and The Peak Hotel (appears to be covered by a low metal sheet roof), both of which had already been demolished. The photographer was standing on Mount Austin Road, which seems to have been a popular spot for taking snaps of the Upper Tram Terminus as it was also used to take the photos at www.gwulo.com/atom/13040 & www.gwulo.com/atom/11788.
