4-storey block on Hennessy Road, SW corner of Fenwick Street [????-????]

This ran along the north side of Hennessy Road, from the junction with Fenwick Road back to the west til just past the end of the Methodist Church.
The plot of land to the west remained empty for many years, so the end of this building was used as a large advertising billboard.
The three modern buildings on the site are numbered 19-21, 23-29, and 33. I guess the old block was numbered something like 19-39.
