Kai Lung Wan squatter settlement. It was destroyed in 1984 or 1985 to make way for the Wah Kwai Estate (or Kellett Bay). This housing project started in 1986.

Kai Lung Wan is another name for Kellett Bay. We've already got a Place for that, so I've:

  • edited the Kellett Bay Place to add the alternate name (http://gwulo.com/node/28743)
  • edited the name of this Place to make it clear it refers to the squatter village and not the bay
  • made a new Place for the Wah Kwai Estate (http://gwulo.com/node/31226), with its previous places set as Kellett Bay and the Kai Lung Wan squatter village.
