Netersole hospital in the 1960s compared with today's street view of the site which became a luxury apartment building. According to sources, the site was sold in the late 80s and left vacant until 2000 rebuilt into the luxury apartment seen here.

This is a second generation building. The two-story 1893 building was  demolished in 1936 to make way for this second generation building. As mentioned in the following 1937 news report, the 2-story building was demolished in 1936 and the new hospital was a 6-story building which was opened in  Nov 1937.  1954 was the year when three hospitals were  amalgamated into the Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital and operated at Breezy Path. From now on Nethersole Hospital was renamed Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital.

There was another hospital called Alice Memorial Hospital next to the Nethersole Hospital as mentioned at the Nethersole web site (http://nethersole.org.hk/?route=service-detail&id=4):

In 1920’s, after the relocation of the Alice Memorial Hospital to the site next to the Nethersole Hospital, the hospitals were close to each other at the juncture of the Bonham Road and Breezy Path. According to a news report, it was rebuilt in 1967 into a building as shown in a 1987 picture below (https://gwulo.com/atom/41940#comment-62465)

Brief history:

1. Alice memorial hospital 雅麗氏利濟醫院:
Founded in 1887 at 77-81 Hollywood road. Building cost donated by Sir  Kai Ho (何啟; 21 March 1859 – 21 July 1914), a Hong Kong barrister, physician and essayist in Colonial Hong Kong. It was in memory of his late wife Alice Walkden. In 1921, it moved to Bonham Road next to the Nethersole hospital.

2. Nethersole hospital 那打素醫院:
Founded in 1893 at Bonham road. Building cost donated by Henry William Davis, chairman of the Medical Mission Committee, mostly made up of members of the former London Missionary Society. It was in memory of his mother. Demolished in 1937 to make way for a 6-story new hospital building.

3. Alice Memorial Maternity Hospital 雅麗氏紀念產科醫院
Founded in 1904 at 6A Bonham road.  A group of prominent Chinese people, including Dr Ho Kai, and Chau Siu-ki, raised funds for building the new hospital.  It was later merged into Nethersole Hospital.

4. Ho miu Ling hospital 何妙齡醫院:
Founded in 1906 at Breezy path next to Nethersole hospital (today Ying Wa girls' school). Donated by Kai Ho's elder sister Ho miu Ling (1847-1937). It was rebuilt into a maternity hospital in 1954.

As mentioned in the brief history above. Ho Miu Ling hospital 何妙齡醫院 was built in 1906 at Breezy path. It was rebuilt in 1954 into a maternity hospital as reported in the following news article:

This is a picture from nethersol 130th anniversary commemorative book. It says Ho Miu Ling hospital was rebuilt in 1954 into a new maternity hospital, known as "maternity west wing" of Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital when 3 hospitals were combined into one. Without saying, the previous Nethersol hospital at Bonham-Breezy path junction is the "maternity east wing".

After the hospital moved away from Bonham Road, government rented the building to Hong Kong institute of technology. According to an interview with the principal of Ying Wa girls school, the school will move from 76 Robinson Road to Sham Shiu Po so that the school building together with the Ho Miu Ling Hospital building on Breezy path will be rebuilt.  The hospital site will be incorporated into the school campus. The school moved back in 2016.
