Not sure but this is TPIL 12 which sold in 2016. Per the news, the original owners included deceased actor 鄧光榮 and deceased tycoon Stanley Ho

Part of the ceiling on the ground floor has smoke stains ...

There are graffiti on different walls on both floors. The boundary stone is found in the north east corner.
