Completion date from "Names of Buildings", which gives its address as 89 Queensway.
It was named "Bond Centre" when it first opened.
When I first arrived in Hong Kong I needed to visit this building and asked for directions. I was told to look for "the building with the koalas climbing up the outside"!

Original Name
Originally known as the bond Centre after Alan Bond who bought it halfway through construction.
Apparently has terrible Feng Shui our Chinese employees refused to consider moving into this building when we were looking for new offices
