His name is given in the announcemement of his daughter's marriage on page 2 of the Hong Kong Telegraph for 2nd Oct 1893:
MARRIAGE
At the R. C. Cathedral, Hongkong, on the 2nd instant, JOHN JOHNSTON, second son of Wm. G. Blake, late H. M.'s Coast Guards, to MARY, eldest daughter of the late Henry Lyons, Esq.
I searched for "Lyons" before 1893 in the online newspapers at MMIS, and HKGRO but didn't find any relevant results.

As the Harry Lyon on the Carl Smith card died before the girls shown above were born, I don't think he's connected with this Lyons family.
