The temple is managed by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (http://www.tungwahcsd.org/en/our-services/traditional-services/temple/KY...)

The formal address of the temple is: 400 Shatin Pass Road, Tsz Wan Shan, Kowloon, (open 9am -5pm). However, if you get off a car on Sha Tin Pass Rd, you will find that you have to go down a steep footpath with many steps to reach the temple. You can also start from the north east corner of Tsz Wan Shan (North) Bus Terminus and go up a steep footpath (also with many steps) to reach the temple.

I noticed a while ago that all the old terracing on the hillside had been demolished and cleared and a nice new central building had been built.

I suspect that the demolition of the old building is related to dangers of landslide which I noticed when I approached the temple. A large part of the footpath nearby has already subsided badly. With all the additional weight of the building above (what engineers call "surcharge"), and if there is more rain, the hillside below may slide all the way downhill.

On the other hand, when I got close to the new building, I found that it is just a columbarium.
