"Names of Buildings" gives the address as "Ground Floor: 625 Nathan Rd., 37 Shangtung St. Upper Floors: 625 Nathan Rd." and the Tear of Completion as 1976.
It was originally named "Ritz Building" after the Ritz Cinema that was the previous building at this site. It has since been renamed as "Two Grand Tower".
