This photo taken immediately after the 'Passing Out Parade':on the Day 40plus Inspectors,and about 160 Junior Police Officers,-passed out.The 'troubled times' were well underway-thus 20 of the said Inspectors were attending a 'special course' up at the Police Training Contingent(later the Police Tactical Unit)Fanling,on Monday 19 June (Including myself..).
