A 2-house mansion of Dr. Ma Luk, one of the first generation graduates of the HK College of Medicine. Land Registry record shows that the land (I.L. 2303) was leased by the Crown to Ma Luk in 1923 for 75+75 years from 1920. Land was divided into Section A and Remaining Portion from 1950-1970. In 1970s Fulham Estate Limited acquired the whole lot and constructed the present Fulham Garden (completed in 1975).
