Greetings.  Lai Chi Kok Road is on the lower left, next are Yee Kuk, Hai Tan, and Tung Chau Street by the water. Though not visible, Boundary Street is where the building orientations change.  Of all cross harbour routes, Sham Shui Po ferry was probably the longest at that time.  Their reverse thrust bringing a fast moving vessel to a full stop was part of the ride experince.  And thanks Klaus for showing St. Francis Xavier's College prior to its several structural expanions.  Regards,  Peter

Greetings. Thank's for identifying more places and streets. I added St. Francis Xavier's College. Regards,Klaus

Thanks Klaus.  Unless this photo was taken on a weekend or summer break, I should be sitting inside one of the SFX classrooms with its window facing you.  The high spot in the vicinity of Prince Edward Road is visible.  Today's typhoon shelter is smaller due to land reclamation in spite of what I believe that its breakwater has been rebuilt further out.  The occupants are no longer fishing boats and boat houses.  They are small cargo ships, barges, pleasure crafts and other service vessels, ditto for the Aberdeen shelter when I look at air photos.  Regards,  Peter
