35,000 sf. site between road and sea at 10&1/4 m.s on Castle Peak Road purchased in 1939 by George Hall, father of Peter Hall who built the house Bellemere and lived in it until the Japanese Invasion. George Hall sold the derelict house in 1946 to Mr Lo Min-nung, father in Law of Ronald Li (Ex Chairman of HKSE) Demolished in 1989 when owned by Shell.
