Hi all, I am helping on a research project for identifying places in old Hong Kong films before 1970. I came across a film in which the character claims a place to be Castle Peak Hotel but I cannot find any photo/video to confirm the location. The film is called The Blessed Family (合家有喜 in Chinese) released in 1959, it could be watched at YouTube (as shown below) and the segment showing the place is from 1:02:40 to 1:08:27.

Not sure if anyone could help on this, thanks a lot!

It is likely a fictitious Castle Peak Hotel. The real one was at the mile stone 17 of Castle Peak Road.
