24 po shan road
it's owned by the Wu family that sold their take in Wing Lung Bank.
Residence of one of the founders of the bank before he passed away a few years ago.
Guess it won't escape fate of redevelopment...
2r4 Po Shan Road
hi, this must be the building here, have you tried contacting the Antiquities and Monuments Office to find out if they rated it? It's not on the their list but as we've seen with Stonyhurst their initial list wasn't that comprehensive...!

24 Po Shan Road
Land lease
The site is Inland Lot No. 5487. The property, known as Altamira, has been redeveloped into a 24-storey block and renumbered as 18 Po Shan Road. The sales brochure shows that the land grant is for 75 years from 6-Mar-2014, "immediately after the expiration of the original term of 75 years". So the original lease ran from 6-Mar-1939. This is a 75+75 year lease and will finally expire in 2089.
