I think the large lot was called the Amai or Aimai Villas. Something to work on.

5 houses on this lot (Nos.14,16,18,20 & 22 Austin Avenue) were completed in 1913 but I dont see any name given. Aimai Villas starts appearing in the Jurors list from 1915. What is it that makes you link theAimai name with these buildings?

The 1913 PWD Report under heading no. 139 gives No. 1-5 Aimai Villas as being on Austin Avenue. Kowloon Inland Lot No. 1172 is given. I note that Kiu Fung Mansions mentioned above also has the same lot number.

Suggest to change the title to 14-22 Austin Avenue and year of completion to 1913. Thanks.

I've updated the details from:

16 & 18 Austin Avenue [c.1910-c.1960]

to:

14-22 Austin Avenue [1913-c.1960]
