The Hongkong Standard, 9 Nov, 2007:
China Construction Bank (0939) will acquire a 40 percent stake for HK$1.37 billion in the venture that is redeveloping the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong hotel into an office tower.
A part of the tower will be the mainland bank's Hong Kong headquarters.
