Greetings! This photo was taken likely on the same day as this - https://gwulo.com/atom/32855 . The camera man was standing on King George V Park and looking east. The 3-storey shophouses in the background are on Shanghai Street, with its rooftop fence (bamboo?) at the spot where the building (and the road also) bends. Regards, Peter
