This ran along the southern side of Connaught Rd C., between Pottinger and Queen Victoria Streets.
The address is taken from map 1957.1 at http://www.hkmaps.hk/mapviewer.html
It must have been built in two phases, as this c.1906 photo shows only the western half was complete (the light-coloured, four-storey building on the seafront).
