This is almost a panorama image (from two separate photos on Flickr) with a bit missing in the centre. I think it was taken from the pedestrian crossing over Gloucester Road at Percival Street. It shows the junction with the Cross Harbour Tunnel looking east. See today's view on Google Street view
The building on the very right should house Landau's Restaurant and Far East Motors, but just out of sight. Next to the left are World Trade Centre and Excelsior Hotel.
