Aerial photographs of the western part of Victoria Park where the Ice Works Causeway Bay (Dairy Farm) were located.

tngan reported that the ice works had a conveyor belt across the canal and further to the seashore.

This is shown in the upper photo from 1968 (merged from two aerial photos that were taken from different angles so that they do not match perfectly).

This canal laid between the Victoria Park and Paterson Street, allowing the vessels to reach the Dairy Farm Ice and Cold Storage Company.
It was open until 1971 and later reclaimed to be the Gloucester Road in the present day.

Shows the Ice Works at Causeway Bay and (probably) a large white cold storage building.

Reclamation for Victoria Park started already, note the line with the limits of the canal that was left non-reclaimed.
