Famously owned by Sir Robert Ho Tung, who, c.1906, moved into three houses nearby one another

Dunford and The Chalet RBL 31, we're for his second wife Clara and their children,

The Neuk - which Ho Tung lived in for the rest of his life.  (His wife and children had to walk down the hill to visit him in his house.)

The Falls he bought and gave to Clara in 1926
