anyone like to guess the date for this stark photo of the city of Victoria? Guessing 1890-1891. And is that the original HMS Tamar on the left?

As the road i.e. Macdonnell Road behind Union Church commenced construction in 1891, the photo would have been taken around this period.

Also no sign of any reclamation in front of the old City Hall yet.
