There was a house on May Road also called Val Verde owned by the de Carvalho family, is there a connection?

That is all the photo says. I used a placeholder location until someone can post more info. I noticed that a group of photos og Prince Edward Rd in the 1930s at the PRO are from Dr Lau  Yun Woo.
