(New Kowloon) Lot boundary stone [????- ]

Found at the junction of Chester Road and Flint Rd, but can't read the inscription properly.
According to GeoInfo Map, the lot is NKIL5448 though it doesn't look like the one on the stone.

Hi There,
Even the current lot 5448 had been sub-divided into three lots accord to GeoInfo Map, all occupied by Christ Church. The stone looked like either 2338 or 2638 to me. Maybe that was for the marker of the previous lease, before Christ Church took over the lot?
