The white building is the
The white building is the Peak Tram Upper Terminus. Peak Hotel stood on the right (demolished 1938), the shed stood there since about 1940. Peak Cafe is on the extreme right (partly visible).
The terminus building looks bare without any signs compared to this one from 1949:
My guess for a date would be shortly after WW2, maybe 1947/48.
White Building
David, what is the "block of flats" in the background above the white building? I thought it could be Cloudlands? tks
