Pre-Estoril Court
A 1936 Map (HKPL Map library, HG34-3) shows this section of land bounded by Bowen Rd / Peak Tramway / Macdonnell Rd / Albany Nullah. It's also clearly visible (though without names) on the 1924 map.
On the upper half are two larger buildings, backing on to Bowen Road.
On the lower half are four smaller buildings, labelled (West-East) as Rougemont / <none> / Budleigh / Lynton.
All the buildings are semi-detached, so there were twelve separate residences in all.

I wonder what the upper buildings were called? It'll be interesting to see if they appear in the Jurors' Lists, and find out who lived there.

Demolish date is c1934
