Demolished / No longer exists
Located at #14 Salisbury Avenue (now Hau Fook Street). The #14 also appears to have been removed at some point, so it's not clear exactly where it was. I've stuck the pin in the Johnson Centre to hedge my bets. Corrections welcome.
