Kowloon Reservoir Boundary Stone
This looks like it could be one of the Kowloon Reservoir Boundary Stones. Interestingly, this one doesn't have KWW on it, and the base of the stone is painted in the trigonometric station style. I wonder why?
Assuming the text layout similarity isn't just a coincidence, maybe add the relevant tag?
