Three houses built on Marine Lot53 (east). Were taken as a group because all three have arched balconies on second floor (no other houses have these). Probably built at the same time as the houses further east on reclaimed land, so 1905 was guessed.

Survived pretty long till the mid-1970s. On Nos. 61-61A, Fortune House was constructed, it opened in 1976 (still there) On No. 60 New York House was built, a very slim one. Opened in 1980 (still there). They can be seen on this photo from 1980 (nos. 4 and 5).
