Was built on the area of 4 houses (47-50 Connaught Road Central) from around 1905. The building was finished in 1977, it was located at 47 Connaught Road Central. It is no. 1 in the photo below.
It was demolished itself in early 2011and replaced by Southland Building 2nd gen.
