Hi!

I'm doing research on a book. Can anyone please tell me roughly what it cost to buy a two-bedroom flat in Hong Kong/Kowloon in the late 1950s.

I lived in North Pont in the late 50s and I believe it was around $25,000 to $30,000 for a two-bedroom flat. Rent was $400 a month.
