This is where inside info comes in handy! Yes, I basically reproduced the same info on the image which is also unfortunately incorrect as you now pointed it out. Thanks for the head up. If I find anything else I'll post some more.
Japanese card
The Japanese Card shows Mrs R Morrison as Destination of Report and does not mention her as wife. The Destination of Report often went to fathers or mothers.
