St Francis Hotel was located at 13A Queen's Road Central, it was aquired by Hongkong Land in two parts, one from the Overseas Banking Corporation Ltd on the 27th January 1939, and the other from Sai Nam Company Ltd on the 30th September 1940. It was later demolished to make way for Edinburgh House.
