Looking through the 1941 Jury List I found these named houses:

Repulse Bay

Enidville
Overbays - RBL 164
Homesdale

Two Bays, Deep Water BAy
Tara, Deep Water Bay
Zara, Deep Water Bay

Erinville, Tytam, Island Road

In other places I've found these names, but post war:

Tai Tam Road

Tytam Villa, 30 Tai Tam Road
Palm Villa
Stanley Lodge

Longview

I have been trawling through the 1931 jurors list looking for the owner of Two Bays. As my eyes are now spinning can you kindly give me the surname of the Two Bays resident.

Sorry, not your eyes.  It was a typo, should be 1941.  

Resident was Choy Wing-chin, Secretary, Star Taxicab Co., Ltd.  Two Bays, Deepwater Bay.
