The hotel is still listed at this address in the HK Trade Directory for 1964. Moddsey notes "It later became the Sek Wai Sin Restaurant in Kowloon City in the 1970s."

Katherine Building was completed in December 1968 on this lot, so the hotel was possibly closed and demolished in 1966/67.
