This is the location of the Cape Collison Searchlights. There are 2 of them here. I will add pictures later (forgot my camera when I found this place). They are partially collapsed. The path to get there is marked on openstreetmap. The path is also visible from GoogleMaps sattelite view.
According to this page, the searchlights are part of the Collison Battery and constructed in 1936-38:
