The went bankrupt in 1891 and this was one of the properties they sold.  They also owned Rose Hill next door.

Any info on hisotory of  inland lot 111? You seem to be the specialist in this sort of thing.

1. Go to the Lands Register search

https://www2.iris.gov.hk/eservices/byaddress/search.jsp

2. enter the lot type "IL" and the lot number

3. buy for HK$25 the summary of transactions.

4. Then share it with us !
