Anyone knows that a central axis can be drawn from Government House staircase to an opening in Central Government Offices West Wing?

Sorry, I don't catch your point. Are you saying we can draw the axis, and asking if we knew that? Or asking if it's possible to draw the axis?

And what's the significance of the axis?
