This advert additionally gives a flavour of the dishes available.

Although I've visited Kiev several times starting from the mid-1990s I don't recall ever being served 'Chicken Kiev' there!

1966 King's Road (After the Rains)

King's Road, North Point in the summer of 1966 after a massive rainstorm. There are photos on the internet of vehicles being piled up and damaged at the bottom of a steep slope in Ming Yuen Street West in North Point after the huge deluge. See here

Founded in 1952. The original Queen's Cafe at 374 King's Road. Have seen the postcard dated to October 1960. Revised the date accordingly.
