This first day cover for the 1937 Coronation was sent to John Edward Barrow (my great-uncle) at the China Light and Power Company premises on Tai Wan Road in the Hung Hom area. He worked at the Hok Un power station from 1921 to 1938. In 1938 he returned to England in view of the changing political situation.
