Tregunter Mansions - Terrace

My grandmother M G Marks - Groot (1892-1979) on the terrace of 2 Tregeunter Mansions, at least I assume it is. They first lived on Lugard Rd., the Dragon Lodge but as there's a teddy bear on the floor I assume the photo was taken after my mother's birth (August 12th 1926).

Interior photo of Tregunter Mansions 2 at May Road  in November 1925. My grandparents Pieter Marks and M.G. Marks-Groot (both from the Netherlands - my grandfather was an expat at that time working for the Nederlandsch Indische Handelsbank) lived there any my mother was born there 1926. The picture shows a Japanese lamp (no clue why Japanese; we still have the thing). My grandmother's brother, Adrianus Theodorus Groot had also been working in Hong Kong for a while and can be found in the jurors listings too.
