Breakfast at Nathan's, at the old Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, noted for its comfy chairs and soft piano music, 1996. Sadly, Nathan's--along with the original Hyatt Regency along Tsimshatsui's Golden Mile--are now gone. I have heard that the Hyatt has been relocated to another site, also along Tsimshatsui
