No further information available, probably built in the 1920's. Not visible on an 1978 photo, probably demolished in this year.

Severn Villa is located at 3, Severn Road. Although it looks as if it's on Barker Road, but it's Severn.

The building was finished in 02/1982 according to Centadata. It originally had 6 apartments over 3 storeys. Two apartments were combined, so the total number is 5 today.

Normandie, 22 Severn Road / 409 The Peak [????-????]

Can anyone please tell me what happened to the old colonial house on Severn Road called Normandie. It used to be on Number 22 Severn Road, right next to Number 20.
