Found a compilation of lights worldwide including Hong Kong. In this list are positions and many photos of signs and beacons. Seems to be of German origin but everything is in English.

Also an interactive map is included.

Po Toi Navigational Beacon at the south coast of Po Toi Island. Bears No. 126.

Wikipedia  gives 1970 as date of construction. Other names of this lighthouse are Nam Kok Tsui lighthouse or Lighthouse 126,
