First time coming across a lot stone lying flat on the ground, almost missed it

No idea if it's a boundary stone or not, just assuming it to be a lot stone.

Another side of the above-mentioned stone, there seems to be some letters on this side.

 

 

Mystery stone [????- ]

Can't read any letters or figures on it, though it seems that there are inscriptions on two sides. 

Another one south of it, near a pavilion at the road junction has the letters WSD inscribed on it, but those inscriptions on this one are blurred. At first, I guessed this might be an RBL stone, but I changed my mind.
